I envision a world where everyone can show up authentically!

As kids all we can do is be authentic!

Slowly we are taught to fit in with the crowd, don’t do this or that and others expectations start to fall on our shoulders.

I remember starting in my first corporate role and the need and desire to fit in and do what I thought was expected of me to advance my career and while I certainly had success building a career this way. 

My experience to date tells me that more impact, creativity and innovation is unlocked the more authentic we can be in life. I’ve experienced this both in myself as well as in others. When the teams and organisations they are part of really embrace people as the complex individuals we all are.

I have noticed that during times of organisational change/transformation, this is a wobbly time for authenticity as our natural defense mechanisms go up.
