Our Story

Change has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Living across the Middle East, Brazil, and the UK gave me an early understanding of how people respond to change in very different ways, and how important it is to listen to what people are saying, feeling, and sometimes not saying at all.

After more than 20 years in pharma, I founded Impactful Authenticity to help leaders and teams navigate transformation in a way that is practical, human, and grounded in what really works.
